WIS@Changi isn’t a shopping mall, so don’t expect a food court and a row of enrichment shopfronts. It’s a five-storey freehold commercial building at 116 Changi Road — mostly offices and F&B on the upper floors, with a handful of retail units squeezed in. That means the tuition options here are genuinely small in number, not a long list we’ve trimmed for space.
We checked every listing tagged to this stretch of Changi Road against its actual coordinates, not just the category label, and swept the wider area for anything mis-tagged elsewhere. Two tuition centres are inside WIS@Changi itself, both on the third floor. A few other centres nearby — around Hexacube, Kampong Ubi Community Centre, and KINEX — are close enough to be worth knowing about, but they’re a separate building or a longer walk, so we’ve kept this list to what’s actually on-site.

1. Alliance Education Centre (WIS@Changi)
Address: 116 Changi Road, #03-06 WIS@Changi, Singapore 419718
Phone: +65 6721 9575 | Website: alliance-edu.sg
Alliance covers English, Math, and Science together, which makes it the more general-purpose option of the two centres here. At secondary level that widens further to the three pure sciences — Biology, Chemistry, and Physics — plus Additional Math, so it can carry a student from Primary right through the O-Level science and math subjects without switching centres. Trial class availability isn’t listed on file, so it’s worth calling ahead to ask about a placement lesson instead.
- Primary: English, Math, Science
- Secondary: Additional Math, Biology, Chemistry, Elementary Math, English, Math, Physics, Science
- Trial class not listed — check directly with the centre

2. Formuless Maths Learning Centre
Address: 116 Changi Road, #03-14, WIS@Changi Singapore, Singapore 419718
Phone: +65 9829 3745 | Website: Facebook page
Formuless does one thing: math, and only for students old enough to be past the basics. It sticks to Secondary Additional and Elementary Math, then carries straight through to JC Mathematics — no primary classes, no other subjects. That narrower focus suits a student who’s already struggling specifically with A Math or JC math rather than a family looking for one centre to cover everything. There’s no trial class on offer here, so a first lesson means committing to a paid session or calling to ask about a diagnostic chat first.
- Secondary: Additional Math, Elementary Math, Math
- JC: Mathematics
- No trial class available

Frequently Asked Questions
How many tuition centres are actually inside WIS@Changi?
Two — Alliance Education Centre and Formuless Maths Learning Centre, both on the third floor (#03-06 and #03-14 respectively). A few other centres in the wider Changi Road/Geylang area, such as those at Hexacube or KINEX, are close by but in different buildings, so we haven’t counted them as “at WIS@Changi.”
Is there a tuition centre for younger primary school kids at WIS@Changi?
Yes — Alliance Education Centre teaches Primary English, Math, and Science. Formuless only takes Secondary and JC students, so it’s not an option for younger children.
Which centre should I pick for A Math or JC Math specifically?
Formuless Maths Learning Centre is the specialist here, covering Secondary Additional Math, Elementary Math, and JC Mathematics exclusively. Alliance also teaches Additional Math at secondary level if you’d rather keep math alongside other subjects at one centre.
Do either of these centres offer a trial class?
Formuless doesn’t currently offer one. Alliance doesn’t have trial class availability listed either — in both cases, it’s worth calling to ask about a placement or diagnostic lesson before committing.
How do I get to WIS@Changi without driving?
Eunos MRT (EW7) is about a 5-minute walk away, and bus services 76 and 154 stop close to the building along Changi Road.
Is parking available on-site?
There’s a small basement carpark with 32 car lots (plus 1 handicap and 15 bicycle lots), so it can fill up — if it’s full, there are public and HDB carparks further along Changi Road as a backup.
About WIS@Changi
WIS@Changi sits at 116 Changi Road in District 14, on the site formerly occupied by the Everitt Building. Developer RP Changi Pte Ltd (part of Roxy-Pacific) redeveloped it into a freehold mixed-use building on a roughly 16,965 sq ft plot, obtaining its Temporary Occupation Permit in 2018. It’s five storeys, with 83 units split across 60 offices, 16 F&B units, and 7 retail units — so tenants are mostly small businesses and eateries rather than the chain retailers you’d find in a mall.
There’s no supermarket or library here, but the building does have a rooftop swimming pool, gym, and an outdoor entertainment deck for tenants, plus solar panels on the common-area roof. It sits close to Geylang Serai and the Joo Chiat conservation area, so there’s plenty to do on foot before or after a lesson even if the building itself is compact.
Getting to WIS@Changi: MRT & parking
By MRT: Eunos MRT station (EW7, East-West Line) is roughly 400m away — about a 5-minute walk along Changi Road.
By bus: Services 76 and 154 stop near the building on Changi Road, both terminating at Eunos Bus Interchange a short distance further on.
By car: WIS@Changi is on Changi Road, reachable via the PIE, ECP, or KPE. The building’s own basement carpark is small — 32 car lots plus 1 handicap lot — so it’s realistic to plan for it being full at peak times. We couldn’t verify a published hourly parking rate for the building’s own carpark, so check the rate on the gantry display when you drive in, or budget for a nearby public/HDB carpark along Changi Road as a fallback.
Prices, subjects, and trial class availability are updated periodically — always confirm directly with the centre before enrolling. Browse the full directory of Geylang & Aljunied tuition centres for more options.
