Compass One (1 Sengkang Square, Singapore 545078) opened on 1 August 2002 as Compass Point — the first major mall on the North East Line and Sengkang’s original town centre landmark. It was also Singapore’s first “learning-themed” mall: each of its levels was named after a continent, with murals and trivia panels woven into the design.
